Replacement Policy

In the rare instance that you receive a defective or damaged item, please promptly contact us via WhatsApp or email (details provided below). Kindly include an unboxing video showcasing the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. We are delighted to send you a replacement at no extra cost.

All our products are strictly non-refundable.

Instead they can be replaced with a suitable alternative.

The replacement will be executed only if it is confirmed within 7 days of receiving of the product/s.

If a replacement application doesn’t follow the 7 days policy, it shall not be replaced thereafter.

Exchange Policy

Should you wish to exchange an item for a different color, please reach out to us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. While we’ll happily dispatch the replacement item to you, please note that customers are responsible for covering the associated shipping costs in this scenario.

To qualify for replacement or exchange, all products must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
